Lean, Modern Manufacturing
IVP’s modern 118,000 of total square-foot facilities are designed to always maintain industry-leading quality and delivery standards while adopting lean manufacturing methods. We seek continuous improvements and follow Six Sigma processes to promote the highest levels of productivity while cutting down on material and inventory waste, which increases our work efficiencies. These benefits are passed down to our clients in the form of higher quality materials and work processes as our thermoplastic components and assemblies are delivered on time based on your schedule.
Our convenient locations near large manufacturers also provide unparalleled levels of continued service. With a corporate location in Washington, Illinois and a second location in St. Louis, Missouri, we’re meeting the needs of businesses in a range of market segments, including the agricultural and automotive industries.
Our manufacturing processes feature the latest, state-of-the-art equipment and innovations to make products that constantly meet industry standards while we keep our production costs low. We use standardized presses, robotic applications, and gas-assist technologies with on-site nitrogen generation. In addition, our injection-molding presses include all-electric machines, providing the most accurate and repeatable functions for processing dependability.
24-Hour Tool Room
